Expense Tracker - Income Manager is an offline-first personal finance app. Your privacy is the core of how it is built.

The short version

Expense Tracker - Income Manager does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your personal or financial data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

What we store

All data you create in Expense Tracker - Income Manager — accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, categories, tags, notes, and any receipt images you attach — is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to us or any third party.

What we do not do

• We do not have a server that stores your financial data.
• We do not require an account, email, or login to use the app.
• We do not track your behavior or location.
• We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Permissions

• Photos / Camera (optional): only used when you choose to attach a receipt image to a transaction. The image is stored locally on your device.
• Notifications (optional): used to deliver on-device reminders you enable. Scheduled locally; nothing is sent to a server.
• Biometrics (optional): if you enable the app lock, your device's fingerprint/Face ID is used to unlock the app. Expense Tracker - Income Manager never sees your biometric data.

Backups & exports

When you export a backup (JSON/CSV) or share it, that file is created by you and handled by you. Expense Tracker - Income Manager does not receive a copy.

Advertising

Expense Tracker - Income Manager is completely ad-free. We do not show ads, use advertising identifiers, or work with any ad networks.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play (and optionally RevenueCat for receipt validation). We do not receive your payment details.

Children

Expense Tracker - Income Manager is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
