Expense Tracker: Income Manager is an offline-first personal-finance app for Android and iOS. It has no server, so there is no account to create, nothing uploaded and no bank to link — budgets, group splits, EMI tracking and the 30-day forecast all run on your phone. The free plan is free forever; Lifetime Pro is a one-time ₹499 rather than a subscription.
| What it is | Expense Tracker: Income Manager is a personal-finance app for Android and iOS that works entirely offline. There is no account, no cloud sync, no bank linking and no ads: every figure stays on the phone. |

Gurjeet Singh, trading as Sharpen Solutions. I built this after going through the permission screens of the popular expense trackers and finding that most wanted my bank credentials, an account on their server, or both — to solve a problem that is really just arithmetic on my own phone.
Offline-first was not a marketing angle. It was the shortest path to an app I was willing to put my own salary into. The same reasoning produced the rest of this site: 215 financial calculators and a library of money guides, all free, none of which ask you to sign in. If a tool can run without collecting anything, it should.
Feature requests reach me directly at support@expenseincomemanager.com. There is no support team in between.
Having no server means there is no cloud sync. If you lose the phone without taking a backup, the ledger is gone. The app writes a local backup file and exports JSON so you can keep your own copy, and that is deliberate: the alternative is holding your data on a machine you do not control. If automatic multi-device sync matters more to you than that, another app is the better choice, and I would rather say so here than have you find out later.
It never asks for bank credentials, a net-banking login or an account. There is no advertising on any plan and no analytics. The SMS and UPI parser reads transaction messages on the device to save you typing them, and sends nothing anywhere — it cannot, because there is nowhere for it to send them.
The same hands build CoinPriceAlert, price alerts across crypto, stocks, gold and forex, and PropVid and My Property Pages for estate agents.
Writing about the app? The press kit has the fact sheet, boilerplate and screenshots.
