By downloading or using Expense Tracker - Income Manager ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Expense Tracker - Income Manager on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the app store's terms.
Expense Tracker - Income Manager stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (the app provides export/backup tools). We are not liable for data lost due to device loss, deletion, or reinstalling the app without a backup.
Expense Tracker - Income Manager is a tool for tracking your own money. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any figures (such as "safe to spend") are informational estimates, not recommendations.
Expense Tracker - Income Manager offers an optional Premium upgrade and Lifetime Pass. Purchases are processed and governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, including their refund policies. Subscriptions, if chosen, renew per the store's terms until cancelled.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
